How Travelflow handles the details you give us on this website. Last updated 1 November 2026.
What we collect
When you ask for a trial, we collect your name, company, email address, your mobile number if you give it, and the plan you chose. We record when you sent it.
Why we use it
We use these details to reply to you, set up your trial and talk to you about Travelflow. We rely on your request as the reason for doing so.
What we do not do
We do not sell your details. We do not use advertising cookies or analytics on this website, and it does not set cookies of its own.
Who else is involved
This website and your request are stored with Cloudflare, which runs our hosting and may process data outside Kenya. Google Fonts supplies the typefaces, so your browser connects to Google when the page loads, which shares your IP address with them.
How long we keep it
We keep your request for up to 24 months after we last spoke to you, unless you become a customer or ask us to remove it sooner.
Your rights
Under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019, you can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, delete them, or object to how we use them. To ask, reply to any email from us. You can also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
